Techniques We Use

DIVERSIFIED (most commonly practiced technique) - this involves manually placing pressure through the affected vertebral segment in order to restore proper movement.

FLEXION-DISTRACTION - a special table provides the movement necessary to stretch your spine by pulling the vertebrae further apart and reverse spinal disc compression. 

DROP/THOMPSON TECHNIQUE - the drop piece of the table is used and set to correspond to your weight, and cocked to be dropped when the doctor thrusts on your spine.
ACITVATOR - using the Activator instrument, the doctor applies the device to the tissues at or near the affected joint followed by a quick thrust from the device, which feels much like having one's reflex tested by tapping the knee.
WEBSTER TECHNIQUE - It is a protocol-based sacrum and pelvis adjustment to function optimally during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. massage and stretches of the round ligaments if necessary.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE TECHNIQUE-  this is a hands-on technique used to manage myofascial pain (e.g.Active Release, Pin and Stretch, and Foam Rolling).
IASTM(Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)- this also is a skilled myofascial intervention used for soft-tissue treatment by using a special instrument. (e.g. Graston, cupping, ConnecTX, and Fascial Abrasion).
HOME EXERCISE PROGRAM- it is an individually designed exercise program targets the injured muscles and joints.
KINESIO/ROCKTAPING- we use a flexible tape that supports and stabilizes joints, muscles, and ligaments as they bend, contract, and extend.
